Engine Combustion Analysis Overview
Engine Combustion Analysis DW100 is a comprehensive combustion analysis test bench based on variable compression ratio engine. Equipped with GDI intake port injection system, the injection timing and injection quantity are accurately adjustable; With working condition regulating device, it can realize real-time monitoring of intake pressure, flow and temperature. A cylinder pressure sensor is installed to monitor the cylinder pressure in the combustion chamber in real time when the engine is running; The rear oxygen sensor analyzes the oxygen content of the exhaust gas in real time to realize the closed-loop combustion control of the constant equivalent ratio.
The Engine Combustion Bench machine can be used to study the combustion characteristics of various fuel engines. At the same time, the emission characteristics of engine combustion can be detected by collecting engine emission intermediates, which is an indispensable test bench for all power research laboratories.
